Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: April 25, 2026
Tapview is a platform for safe-for-work creative content. This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") lists the categories of content and behaviour that are not permitted on our Service. It applies to every Creator, every Buyer, and every file uploaded to Tapview, in addition to our Terms of Service.
1. Strictly prohibited content
You may not upload, sell, share, or link to content that contains or promotes any of the following. Accounts that violate this section are terminated immediately and reported to the appropriate authorities when required.
- Adult or sexually explicit content of any kind, including nudity, simulated sexual activity, fetish material, and explicit AI-generated imagery. Tapview is a strictly safe-for-work platform.
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any sexual depiction of a minor, real or simulated. We report all suspected CSAM to NCMEC and to Dutch law-enforcement agencies.
- Non-consensual intimate imagery("revenge porn"), upskirt or hidden-camera material, or content created or shared without the subject's consent.
- Violent extremism, terrorism, or incitement to violence.
- Hate speech targeting protected characteristics (race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability).
- Illegal goods or services: drugs, weapons, counterfeit currency, stolen data, or unlicensed financial products.
- Content that infringes intellectual property you do not own or are not authorised to distribute, including pirated software, leaked media, and unlicensed samples.
- Malware, phishing kits, exploits, credential stuffing tools, or anything designed to harm computer systems.
- Personal data of third parties (doxxing, leaked credentials, scraped contact lists) without lawful basis.
- Gambling, betting tips marketed as guaranteed winners, or other content prohibited by Dutch or EU consumer law.
- Self-harm or pro-suicide content.
2. Prohibited behaviour
- Misrepresenting yourself, your identity, or the nature of the content you are selling.
- Using Tapview to launder funds, evade taxes, or process payments on behalf of an undisclosed third party.
- Circumventing the platform fee, for example by directing Buyers off-platform after collecting payment.
- Scraping, reverse-engineering, or interfering with the Service or its security controls.
- Creating multiple accounts to evade a suspension or to manipulate analytics, ratings, or referrals.
- Spamming, sending unsolicited promotional messages, or abusing Buyers or other Creators.
3. How we enforce this policy
Tapview uses a combination of automated detection (file hash matching against known illegal content databases, image classifiers for nudity and CSAM signals) and human review of reports. When we identify a violation we may, depending on severity:
- remove the offending content;
- refund affected Buyers;
- withhold pending payouts;
- suspend or terminate the account;
- report the violation to law enforcement and to our payment processor.
4. Reporting a violation
If you see content on Tapview that violates this policy, report it to abuse@tapview.io. Reports are triaged within 24 hours; suspected illegal content is reviewed immediately.
5. Copyright (DMCA / EU)
If you believe content on Tapview infringes your copyright, send a notice to copyright@tapview.io including: identification of the work, the URL of the infringing item, your contact details, a statement of good-faith belief, a statement under penalty of perjury that you are the rights-holder or authorised agent, and your physical or electronic signature.
