Refund Policy

1. Default policy: no refunds on delivered digital content

Content sold through Tapview is digital and is delivered immediately upon purchase. By completing checkout, you (the Buyer) explicitly request immediate performance and acknowledge that, in line with Article 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU, you waive your statutory right of withdrawal as soon as the content is unlocked.

As a result, completed digital purchases on Tapview are non-refundable by default.

2. When we will issue a refund

Tapview will refund a purchase, at our sole discretion, in the following cases:

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the purchase to support@tapview.io with the purchase ID and a brief description of the issue.

3. How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. The Tapview platform fee is refunded together with the purchase price; the corresponding amount is then deducted from the Creator's next payout.

4. Chargebacks

If you have a problem with a purchase, please contact us before opening a chargeback with your bank — we can usually resolve issues faster directly. Tapview manages chargeback defense on behalf of Creators. Where a chargeback is filed in bad faith or in circumstances inconsistent with this policy, we may dispute it on the Creator's behalf.

5. Account credit option

Where eligible, you may choose to receive your refund as Tapview account credit instead of a card refund, which is processed instantly.
